Haryana Police Constable Physical Measurement & Fitness Test
Physical Screening Test (PST- Running)
- Male: 2.5 Kilometer in 12 Minutes
- Female: One Kilometer in 6 Minutes
- Ex-Serviceman: One Kilometer in 5 Minutes
Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
Physical Measurement Test shall be of qualifying nature only.
