• आवदेन पत्र आमंत्रित करने की सूचना ग्राम पंचायत के सूचना पट्ट पर तथा ग्राम पंचायत द्वारा मुनादी कराकर की जाएगी |
• आवदेन पत्र ग्राम पंचायत कार्यालय अथवा जिला पंचायत राज अधिकारी कार्यालय में जमा किए जा सकेंगे |
• निर्धारित प्रारूप पर साढ़े कागज पर आवेदन पत्र के साथ अभ्यर्थी द्वारा शैक्षिक अर्हता, आयु एवं जाति प्रमाण पत्र की प्रमाणित प्रति प्रस्तुत करनी होगी।

Interested candidates may apply in prescribed application form along with self attested all relevant document submitted to concerned Gram Panchayat OR District Development Office OR District Panchayati Raj Office on or before 17.08.2021.
