- Class 10th /Matric Passed
- ITI (Fitter) Course.
Trade Apprentice (Electrician) –
- Class 10th /Matric Passed
- ITI (Electrician) course.
Trade Apprentice (Electronic Mechanic) –
- Class 10th (Matric) Pass
- ITI (Electronic Mechanic) Course.
Trade Apprentice (Instrument Mechanic) –
- Class 10th (Matric) Pass
- ITI (Instrument Mechanic) course
Trade Apprentice (Machinist) –
- Class 10th (Matric) Pass
- ITI (Machinist) course
Technician Apprentice (Mechanical) –
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 50% marks for General/ OBC & 45% marks for SC/ST/PwBD from any recognized Institute/ University.
Technician Apprentice (Electrical) –
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 50% marks for General/ OBC & 45% marks for SC/ST/PwBD from any recognized Institute/ University.

- Class 12th Passed.
Trade Apprentice-Data Entry Operator (Skilled Certificate Holders) –
- Class 12th Passed.
- Skill Certificate of ‘Domestic Data Entry Operator’ for Training of less than One year.
Trade Apprentice-Retail Sales Associate (Fresher) –

Selection Process for IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2021
- The Selection shall be on the basis of performance of the candidates on the basis of marks obtained by them in the Written Test and meeting the notified eligibility criteria.
- The Written Test will be conducted with Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ’s) consisting of four options with one correct option.
