For Additional Private Secretary (English) – 

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Stream from any Recognized University/ Institute.
• English Shorthand Speed: 100 WPM & English Typewriting Speed: 40 WPM
• Knowledge of Data Entry, Word Processing, and Computer Operation

For Additional Private Secretary (Hindi) – 

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Stream from any Recognized University/ Institute.
• Hindi Shorthand Speed: 80 WPM & Hindi Typewriting Speed: 30 WPM
• Knowledge of Data Entry, Word Processing, and Computer Operation
