Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
Age Limit
Applicants should be between 20 to 30 years of age as of January 1, 2025. Candidates must have been born not earlier than January 2, 1995, and not later than January 1, 2005 (both dates inclusive).
Language Proficiency
Proficiency in the local language of the respective state is mandatory.

Application Fee:
- SC/ST/PwBD Candidates: ₹175 (inclusive of GST)
- All Others: ₹850 (inclusive of GST)
The application fee is non-refundable and must be paid online by February 5, 2025.
Selection Process
The selection process comprises three stages:
- Online Examination: Assessing Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, General/Economy/Banking Awareness, English Language, and Data Analysis & Interpretation.
- Language Proficiency Test (LPT): Qualifying in nature, evaluating proficiency in the local language.
- Interview: Candidates who qualify in the online examination and LPT will be called for an interview.
The final selection will be based on the combined performance in the Online Examination and Interview, with a weightage of 80:20 respectively.
Exam Pattern
The online examination will consist of the following sections:

UCO Bank LBO Salary Details
Selected candidates will be placed in the Junior Management Grade Scale-I with a pay scale of ₹48,480 – 2,000/7 – 62,480 – 2,340/2 – 67,160 – 2,680/7 – 85,920. The starting basic pay is ₹48,480, which increases with increments over the years. In addition to the basic pay, candidates will be entitled to allowances such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance/Lease accommodation, City Compensatory Allowance, and medical benefits as per bank policies.
